The National MS Society has joined with Disability Rights North Carolina to commemorate the ADA with a legislative resolution. The ADA Resolution, HJR 2076, was filed by the NC General Assembly this morning. The Resolution is in celebration of the American with Disability Act’s approaching 20th Anniversary on July 26th and will honor several North Carolina disability advocates. The bill is expected to be heard next week on June 24th.
